Timmy has been sleeping very well since we returned from Ireland. He'll wake up sometimes in the night, but it's never for very long and only for a pacifier. His naps, too, go by without much fuss. The greatest difficulty we're having right now is getting Timmy to learn to drink out of his sippy cup on his own. We haven't used a bottle in over 3 weeks, but Timmy still hasn't mastered the skill of tipping the cup up to get the milk out. Usually Daddy or Mommy has to sit there and tilt it up for him.

Walking, too, hasn't given much progress. I brought the area rug downstairs from the bedroom and he was willing to walk a little bit, but not much. Once he gets ahold of the furniture, he's more than happy to either stay there or go down to his hands and knees and crawl.

Timmy still refuses to eat vegetables. He'll eat fish sticks and chicken and noodles and all sorts of other things, but the instant he sees peas or carrots or beans, it's all over. I've gotten to making meals that include the vegetables in the food- yesterday was goulash, for instance.

Everything else is going well. We're almost through all the laundry from vacation and the house is slowly getting cleaned up. The truck broke down on Mommy this morning on her way to work. It looks like something with the fuel system- a pump or filter, maybe.

My girls won't eat veggies either so I puree them and add them to everything. There is a great cook book about it called "Deceptively Delicious" it has recipies for everything and once you start using them you start using veggies in everything that you cook.
