Well, we took Greta to the vet last night. I'm much more impressed with German vets than I am with the one on post. They had to amputate Greta's toe- the details aren't pretty, so I'll spare them. From the time we walked into the vet clinic until the time we left, we had spent only 45 minutes there. They didn't waste any time, just got down to work and we were all done. Greta's not in a good mood today, though. The doc said she can't go outside, so she's meowing at the door all day.
Timmy, for his part, is doing well today. He woke up 15 minutes later today than yesterday (that brings his wake-up to 6:15)- we're getting back to his normal time slowly. He tried to stand up from sitting this morning, but fell on his butt. He came close, though- a few more tries and I think he'll have it.
Yesterday he was playing with that push-stroller thing in the picture. He likes to take that paper box that Mommy made and put it in the "trunk", then take it out again. Spinning the wheels is also a favorite activity. Aside from that, he plays the Fridge DJ a lot and is exercising his legs quite a bit. I think we'll be going on post this afternoon, so maybe we'll find a good walking spot for him.
