Happy Birthday, Uncle Tom! Today was a pretty lazy day here. Timmy woke up early, as usual, but was in a pretty good mood all day. Tomorrow we go to pick up some ebay furniture.
Tragedy struck the Halleaux Home this morning as the coffee pot went on a permanent vacation. That is, it's broken. Oh, the light on the switch turns on and all, giving you the false hope of a pot of coffee within 10 minutes, but 10 minutes later sits nothing but a cold, empty decanter.
As a result, we all went into Bad Kissingen today to walk around the town for awhile. We got some coffee and wandered around a bit until Manuela's shop (our land lady) opened at 10:00. After some tea and cookies (much to Timmy's delight), we wandered around the town a bit more, ending up with some stinky cheese, good bread and a sleeping 2-year-old.
