Timmy came home grumpy again today. It is his last day of daycare, and they all threw a party (actually because it was also Mrs. Unize's last day since they are moving to the states). There were muffins and balloons galore. Timmy brought home a big green baloon on a stick, a little green balloon twisted into a poodle, a cool backpack, a kids book, some pictures and momentos, and all the diapers and clothes that he used. Mrs. Unize was tearing up as we left. Maybe the nickname "Timmy Loco" will stick.

...1 day and a wake-up...

He was quite the little trouble maker when we got home. First he fussed for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich - then wouldn't eat it. Later he cried for spaghetti o's, then wouldn't eat them. Finally, he ended up in the high chair while Momma vented to Daddy on the phone (about other things). Timmy went from refusing to eat to shovelling them down in big scoops and getting sauce everywhere - even between his toes. Yesterday he thought it was fun to practice taking his bib on and off. Maybe not such a great game for Momma to let him play?
Next was a bubble bath. Timmy loves his baths. Although, he hasn't yet grasped the idea that putting suds on your head means that they will eventually slide down to your eyes. And even with the no-tears stuff, it's not very comfortable. Someday he'll learn the art of wearing suds.

Whatta cutie! We got Tim a pretend shaving kit that is just like Grandpa's complete with a brush to put on shaving creme. Can't wait to see how Tim likes wearing suds on his face and "shaving" them off with Grandpa in the mornings.
