Christmas Day, 2009

Never has there been a happier child! Timmy opened presents until he was sick of opening presents! He'd open one, then become so focused on his new toy that he wouldn't want anything to do with any other gifts he had. It became so bad that a few of his presents from Santa we had to put off for another day, just because he was too interested in his new toys. This morning we woke up (rather late... around 7:30) at Grandma and Grandpa Halls house where Santa paid us all a visit. Timmy had put out cookies and milk for Santa, then some treats for the reindeer the night before. When he woke up, he had a pile of presents under the tree. Of course, his favorite new toy was the box that Grandma Hall's present came in! Timmy also got from Santa a tent with a tunnel, some play plastic balls and a ball "pit", a new stuffed doggie, some toy dinosaurs, lots of cars, a xylophone and, best of all, a box full of straws.
After Grandma and Grandpa Hall's house, we went to Grandma and Grandpa Gossiaux's house for brunch and more presents! Timmy got here some Tonka trucks, "shaker" cars, more matchbox cars, clothes and a plethora of other toys that he'll be playing with from now until next Christmas. Then we visited Aunt Geri and Uncle Mike's house where Timmy played with his cousins Katie and Ella and played on Uncle Mike's Motorcycle video game half the night!

Thanks for "sharing" Tim's experience with us. This was one of our best Christmas' ever!
