We went for a stroll around the neighborhood and stopped in a small park for a picnic of sorts. In the park we played on what can best be described as a metal sculpture somewhat resembling a spaceship or a spider. Either way, it was great for climbing on and under. We had homemade peanut butter cookies, mandarin oranges, and root beer for a snack. We also found a snake in the grass, that Timmy had a great time chasing - and he even got to hold it! Sophie came with us, and on more than one occasion cars would squeal to a halt. Then take off driving again. We finally figured out that on first glance, people thought Sophie was a bear and that Momma and Timmy were on top of the sculpture trying to escape being eaten. That would have been more interesting. At home, we played in the front yard. Timmy played in the dog's water bucket next to the water spigot. He later moved on to tormenting the dog. We got some good news today - Daddy will be here in Missouri in less then a week! We are so excited!!
