Today was a long day. A very, very long day. The family went down south of Ulm to pick up a half-dozen pieces of furniture, a couple of which were very large. We took both the car and the truck, and needed all the space! Now our house looks like an antique shop.
Timmy did... okay... today. He was alright in the beginning, but the last hour and a half or so really got him cranky and ready to get out and about. After getting home, Timmy and Daddy went for a 45-minute walk, wearing Timmy out and getting him ready for bed. Timmy's "Pee pee" doll came in the mail yesterday, so Monday will be *the day* to try this one-day-potty-training technique.
Tomorrow we'll be celebrating Timmy's birthday 6 days early. On his actual birthday, the 22nd (in Germany... the 21st back home), we'll be in Rome. We're still looking up how to say "Birthday" in Italian.
